We have not appointed a data protection officer; the conditions of § 38 BDSG do not apply.

2. What this website does not do

We use no cookies, no tracking, no advertising networks and no profiling. No content is loaded from third-party servers: fonts are served from our own server, so your IP address is not passed to anyone. A consent banner is therefore not required.

3. Visiting the website (server log files)

When you access the site, our host processes technically necessary data: IP address, time, file requested, volume transferred, browser type and operating system. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR: our legitimate interest in secure, trouble-free operation. Log files are deleted after seven days.

Hosting

The site runs on servers of DigitalOcean LLC in the Frankfurt am Main data centre (Germany). A data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR is in place.

4. The “shelf analysis” form and enquiries

If you submit the form or write to us, we process the details you provide: brand, brand website, name, position, business e-mail address, markets of interest, whether you already sell on Amazon, and your note.

Purpose: producing and sending the analysis you requested and answering your enquiry.
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (business development in a B2B context).
Mandatory fields are marked with *; without them we cannot produce the analysis.

Retention: enquiries are deleted 24 months after the last contact, unless a statutory retention period applies (§ 147 AO, § 257 HGB). We will delete earlier on request.

Recipients

• Airtable, Inc. (USA): handling of enquiries, as a processor under Art. 28 GDPR. Transfer to the USA is based on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the EU standard contractual clauses under Art. 46 GDPR.
• Google Ireland Ltd.: the mailbox sale@apexoprime.com, where we reply to you.

No data is passed on for advertising purposes. We do not sell data.

5. Spam protection

The form contains a field invisible to you which only automated programs fill in. If it is filled, we discard the submission. No additional personal data is collected in the process. No captcha service is used.

6. Your rights

You have the right to:

• access the data we hold about you (Art. 15 GDPR)
• rectification of inaccurate data (Art. 16 GDPR)
• erasure (Art. 17 GDPR) and restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR)
• data portability (Art. 20 GDPR)
• object to processing based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (Art. 21 GDPR)
• lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR)

An informal e-mail to sale@apexoprime.com is enough. The competent supervisory authority is the State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information of Rhineland-Palatinate.

7. Changes

We update this policy when our processing changes. The version published here applies.
